Avocado Facial Cleanser
Beat an egg yolk until frothy, add 1/2 milk and and half a mashed ripe avocado.
Beat the mixture to a thin lotion-like consistency.
Apply the cleanser and rinse off with luke-warm water.

Avocado Hair Mask

Add one avocado, 2 tbsp of natural yoghurt and 2 tbsp of olive oil into a bowl and mix into a paste. Massage into hair and cover hair in glad wrap or a shower cap, leave for 20-30 minutes or even overnight then wash thoroughly.

 

Avocado Eye Treatment

 

This is a simple treatment for under eye puffiness.

Peel and remove seed from an avocado, slive on half into half centemetre wide crescents.

Place a few slices under each eye and keep for 20 minutes.

Remove and rinse gently with water, pat dry.

How to correctly wash your makeup brushes

Our makeup brushes come in contact with dirt in the atmosphere, and a lot of bacteria, not to mention the residue of makeup powder on the brush from daily makeup use, there is a proper way to clean your brushes removing 99.9% of bacteria and still maintaning and hydrating the brush.
This process of brush cleaning is well known and used by many painters as well as makeup appliers around the world.
You will need:
A dirty makeup brush
Kitchen detergent
Olive oil
Bowl

Mix one part olive oil and one part kitchen detergent into a bowl (enough to cover your brush in the mixture). Then swish the mixture onto the brush and wipe back and fourth on the plate or on your hand. Rinse after 5 minutes in water and leave to dry. They will look fresh and as good as new.
Tips
-Drying your makeup brush upside down will help all the water and dirt come out of the brush as the gravity allows it to drip down.
-Buying a brush guard will help prevent bacteria being trapped into the hairs of the brush for further use.
-Do not rinse the brush in hot water though could and warm are fine.
